The application form can be filled electronically. Please return the completed form by one of the following ways:

1. save and attach it to an email to [email protected]
2. print and mail​ to                                                   Men's PROBUS Club of Newmarket,                           c/o 522 Malvern Crescent,                            Newmarket, ON L3Y 7L6
3. in person at our monthly meeting held on           the 3rd Wednesday of each month at               Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 426,                     707 Srigley St, Newmarket, ON.

Membership fees can be paid by one of the following ways:

1. Interac etransfer to [email protected]  (AutoDeposit has been set up                                       No security question and passcode required)
2. cheque made payable to the club and mailed to the address above (do not mail cash)
3. cash or cheque at General Meetings
